Our primary aim is to assist clients to lead a rewarding and fulfilling life by:

  • Actively advocating on behalf of each individual based on identified needs and desires.

  • Linking the individual with effective services.

  • Establishing and monitoring appropriate services that address goals.

Available to clients 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
